Established in February 2021 in downtown Stroudsburg, PA, Tara James, LCSW, opened Blue Lotus Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC to address the growing need for quality clinical mental health care in  Northeastern Pennsylvania. Blue Lotus opened its doors to provide children through older adults with individual and family therapy in a safe and discreet environment.
